MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role is integral to Adina becoming the industry ‘go to’ for trend led formulations.

Helping in our mission to 'build the benchmark', you will be guided by our marketing plan and the needs of our NPD consultancy service - The Beauty Curtain - to create a broad and exciting portfolio of personal care end products, across all categories, showcasing Adina’s broad portfolio of ingredients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Beauty Curtain:

Working closely with brands, and under direction from our NPD consultant, develop leading edge formulations showcasing the best ingredients Adina has to offer.

Taking a blue-sky approach create formulation concepts and unique product offerings

Partner Collaboration:

Build dynamic relationships with our supply partner network to co-create formulations and present ingredients in novel formats.

Help grow our functional ingredient offerings by building a comprehensive library of products.

Review new ingredient launches, undertaking claim review and compatibilities with other ingredients.

Promotions:

Create and showcase formulations as led by Adina’s marketing team in-time for our events and digital promotional schedule.

Present formulations, concepts and ideas at an internal monthly ‘show and tell’ with the wider team.

Customer First:

Support the Technical Lead on ingredient troubleshooting and problem-solving ingredients.

Facilitate the implementation of digital solutions for showcasing and sharing of formulations.
