Manufacturing Method:

Heat Phase A to 80-85°C. Stir until all solids are melted.

Heat Phase B to 80-85°C. Add phase A to phase B and homogenise.

Premix Phase C, and add to main vessel. Homogenise.

Cool to 50°C and ensure pH is above 7.

Premix phase D, correct the pH to above 7 using the sodium hydroxide. Add to main vessel and homogenise.

Cool to 40° and add phase E one at a time under stirring
