Once put in the freezer, this soft polar cream delivers an immediate cooling effect on the skin and a long-lasting effect, with Vitamin B12 and D-Panthenol 75 L, which helps to sooth and hydrate dry, itchy, irritated, and cracked skin.
1. Premix Water and Sodium gluconate under stirring.
2. Sprinkle Biomer under stirring until a clump free gel is obtained.
3. Premix Propanediol and Caprylyl Glycol and add it into Phase A under stirring.
4. Heat Phase A up to 75°C under stirring.
5. Prepare Phase B and heat up to 80°C under stirring.
6. Add Phase B into Phase A and homogenize with Ultra Turrax.
7. Cool down the emulsion to room temperature under stirring.
8. Below 35°C, add ingredients of Phase C one by one into Phase A+B.
9. Adjust pH to 5.5 with Phase D if necessary.
